Gender equality

To ensure that all employees/stakeholders have the opportunity to safely report behaviour that may, even potentially, constitute a violation of the Code of Ethics, company procedures and regulations, as well as gender equality requirements, SIR has set up special communication channels that protect the identity of the whistleblower.

Anyone wishing to report:

  • own opinions and suggestions about any changes on the organisation, with a view to improving the management system Gender equality;
  • situations of physical, verbal and digital abuse (harassment) against employees;
  • situations of sexual harassment against employees;
  • situations of discrimination during the selection and recruitment process;
  • situations of discrimination in terms of equal opportunities in professional development and promotions;
  • situations of failure to respect the rights of workers in the area of parenthood and care;
  • situations of failure to respect the rights of workers in the area of work-life balance;
  • situations of pay inequality;
  • situations of non-inclusion or discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, age or sexual orientation.
